As the technical authority at Bespoke, Michael oversees system architecture, specification, and performance standards. He is a recognized specialist in Lutron Ketra technology — the most sophisticated full-spectrum lighting platform available — and leads the firm's integration practice across demanding residential and commercial environments where consistency, reliability, and longevity are non-negotiable.

As Vice President, Nancy oversees design strategy, client experience, and aesthetic alignment across the firm's portfolio. Her international perspective — shaped by exposure to residential and hospitality environments across Europe, the Americas, and beyond — informs Bespoke's distinctive sensibility: restrained, deliberate, and always in service of the architecture and the people who inhabit it.
